Situated just 5 minutes (5 km) by car from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, our charming chalet welcomes you and your pet (cat or dog) if you wish. Its location at the very top of the village offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, which you can admire from the covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals in fine weather.
Set in an enclosed orchard, our chalet is equipped with a wood-burning stove. We supply the wood free of charge. Free parking on the property.
The chalet comprises a main room of 42 m2 with a small open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee available on arrival, gas and electric hob, all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, plus cleaning products), a sitting area with a non-convertible sofa (sleeps 2) and an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix (with your own access codes).

No air conditioning, but a fan is available.
The accommodation has a small bathroom - WC with a shower cubicle and vanity unit.
Hairdryer, towels, shower mat and liquid soap are provided.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the outdoors (garden furniture on the terrace).
WIFI is free!
All parts of the accommodation are accessible.
