Utility room in the garage. Outside: private parking in the enclosed courtyard, small terrace at the front of the gîte, garden and 2nd terrace at the rear, with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. 1 cot + high chair on request.

Numerous leisure activities and tourist sites in the surrounding area: hiking, Burgundy canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, Prenois motor racing circuit. 25 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie. Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, MuséoParc Alésia and the Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises to Pouilly-en-Auxois. Châteaux of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with beaches in season.
