A cosy tea room in the heart of the Auxois region

Looking for a sweet break? A comforting drink or a homemade treat? Do you love the charm of old buildings?

Then come and push open the door of the Jardin des Thés and let yourself be carried away by the authenticity and warmth of the place over a cup of tea, a coffee, a cookie or a cinnamon roll... You'll also find a wide range of loose teas to take away.

In fine weather, the huge garden surrounding the house offers a bucolic setting in which to relax and unwind. You can visit the vegetable garden, sit under the trees and even meet the chickens!

Nature changes with the months, and so does the place, with events, seasonal creative workshops and a menu based exclusively on seasonal produce.

After a long career as an English teacher, I decided to live my dream and leave the education system to create this place and put my values into practice: authenticity, simplicity, a return to nature and calm away from the hustle and bustle, sharing and conviviality.

I'm determined to make this a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself, and I make it a point of honour to make you feel at home, because you're not just my customers, you're my guests.
