This flat is close to all amenities. Right in the centre of Semur en Auxois, in a pedestrian street, there are several free car parks nearby, one of which is 100 metres away. Quite quiet as the bedroom does not face the street and the flat is on the 2nd floor, so we did not hear any street noise. Be careful, though, as there are some steep stairs to climb from the 1st to the 2nd floor.
