La Templière

In a small village 3 km from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, gîte situated opposite the owners' house, with beautiful wooded grounds of over 1000 m² and swimming pool to the rear. Access to the gîte via a beautiful stone staircase: large living/dining room with fireplace, very good quality pull-out double bed, TV, wifi. Sofa bed. A few steps lead up to the kitchen: fully equipped kitchen. Combined oven/microwave. Combined washing machine/dryer. Shower room with large Italian shower and WC. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (+ 1 single mattress).

At the rear, large, fully enclosed grounds planted with trees and flowers, with various relaxation areas. Beautiful 12 x 3.5 m heated swimming pool, shared with the owners (available to holidaymakers from 10am to 5pm). Terrace with pergola, garden furniture with plancha, deckchairs. Nearby: the châteaux of Epoisses and Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its aniseed. Just a few minutes from Semur: Lac de Pont: equipped beach, water games, etc. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Medieval festivals and numerous events in Semur during the summer season.
