The house is located in a quiet residential area: the countryside in the city.

This new two-storey bungalow comprises two separate flats, one large enough to sleep 11 people and the other smaller enough to sleep 4. These two units are in the same house and are linked by a common access via the laundry room.

In the main accommodation, you will find,
On the ground floor :
- a fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/dining room of around 50m2,
- a bathroom,
- a bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and a dressing room,
- a separate WC,
- table football.

First floor:
- a bedroom for 3 people (with a double bed and a single bed),
- a bedroom for 4 people (with 2 single beds and 2 other single beds that can be joined together or separated)
- a games room, with a sofa bed (clic clac) for 2 people,
- a shower room with WC.

In the adjoining flat you'll find
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds that can be joined together)
- a living room opening onto the kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
- a spacious shower room
- a separate toilet

Outside, there's
- an above-ground wooden swimming pool,
- a shaded terrace with a large garden table and barbecue,
- a swing,
- various outdoor games (rackets, molkky, etc.)
- a garden,
- free private parking.

Additional facilities include
