Cense des possibles - Appartement "les Champs"

In the heart of an 18th-century house, our accommodation gives access to the communal rooms: large kitchen, convivial dining room, living room with fireplace and garden combining orchard and kitchen garden.
The studio Les champs offers a double view of the courtyard with its henhouse and Burgundy stone barn, and of the orchard-garden on the other side. It has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, a kitchen and a sitting area. The bathroom and toilet are separate and located inside the flat.
Having recently arrived in Burgundy, we created the Cense des Possibles, a committed project combining hospitality, healthy cooking and respect for the living world. In the garden, we encourage biodiversity by combining vegetables, flowers and fruit trees. Violaine, the chef, offers a gourmet table d'hôte and workshops on cooking and zero waste. Olivier is on hand to help you make local discoveries to suit your tastes.

Situated in the centre of the village of Darcey, a stone's throw from the Douix spring and close to the Auxois hiking trails, the house is an ideal base for exploring Bussy-Rabutin, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay or Montbard. Café-grocery on site, other shops 10 km away. Access by bike, car or train (Montbard, Les Laumes-Alésia).
