EXPOSITION PAYSAGES ALIMENTAIRES

At a time when environmental, economic and cultural issues are redefining our relationship with food, design is emerging as a means of exploring the links between our plates and our landscapes. This exhibition looks at how design can highlight agricultural know-how, which is often inherited and sometimes threatened. It's about imagining new forms of interaction between food production, processing and consumption.
By observing the objects, tools and habits that structure our actions. The aim is to explore existing models and sketch out sustainable scenarios, where respect for the land, its resources and local know-how redefines the way we live and eat.
In this way, the project invites us to consider food landscapes not only as an area to be protected, but also as a space for innovation and dialogue between nature, culture and contemporary creation.
